• Credit Card Modem

Information:

• You will need to have a merchant account that is compatible with PC Charge software. Most are supported, but not all.  Please call for help OR click here for a list of processors. NOTE that your bank or merchant service company uses a major processing company, known as the "Processor". You may have to contact your merchant account sales rep to determin if they support PC Charge.
• Some companies have trouble with PC based credit card processing, even though they offer it.
• DSL or other High Speed Internet service is much, much better than a phone line. You get: Significantly Faster Approvals, Increased Reliability (modem and phone line are not required, but may be used as a backup), Easier Setup & Maintenance, and Same Discount Rate as Dial-Up (typically).
• Internet based (with DSL or other High Speed Internet) may require the use of a router, if you have multiple registers that process credit cards.
