The Standard Monthly Support & Upgrade plan is 44.95 per month with a minimum 6 month agreement. After that, the plan is monthly (automatically billed to your credit card), cancel anytime with 30 days notice. Upgrade to the Premium plan at any time.
- Plan includes 4 incidents per month and all software upgrades (see below). Additional incidents are $25.00 (a 50% discount off the normal price).
- All plans & individual support incidents include support by phone (toll-free in the US), fax, or email. (One call may cover several "incidents" (issues), or a single incident may take several calls. We reserve the right to limit phone calls to 30 minutes, and the total time in one day to 90 minutes.)
- All plans include all Artisan software upgrades released while plan is active, at no additional charge. (To start a plan, you must be using the latest version; otherwise, you must purchase an upgrade.)
- Coverage is limited to help installing & configuring Artisan Software, setting up purchased devices to work with Artisan, & basic Artisan operation. Additional charges apply for general computer & network help not directly related to Artisan.
- Hours of service are currently 9AM-6PM Monday-Friday and 10AM-5PM on Saturday Eastern Time. Extended hours support is available for an additional $25 per incident from 6PM-9PM Monday-Friday, 5PM-7PM on Saturday, and 10AM-5PM on Sunday.
