Hours of service are currently 9AM-6PM Monday-Friday and 10AM-5PM on Saturday Eastern Time. Extended hours support is available for an additional $25per incident from 6PM-9PM Monday-Friday, 5PM-7PM on Saturday, and 10AM-5PM on Sunday.
Includes Support for:
- Help using and configuring Artisan software.
- Setting up supported devices to work with Artisan, while under manufacturers warranty.
(For those who do not purchase hardware from CerTek and are not on a Premium Support Plan. There will be a charge of $50/hour (in 15-min increments after the first hour). An appointment is required. This plan DOES NOT Include:
- Tutorial Style Training.
- General computer & networking help not directly related to Artisan.
- Trouble Shooting defective devices that you did not purchase from CerTek.
- Custom Label Formats, Reports, & Receipts.
